CHARLES ERNEST MAYTWAYASHING (BAPTISTE) January 2, 1936 - April 9, 2004 It is with deep sadness the family announce the sudden passing of our dear brother, uncle, great-uncle and grandpa Ernest on Good Friday, April 9, 2004. Ernest was born January 2, 1936 at Lake Manitoba First Nation. He leaves to mourn one brother Johnny Baptiste (Mary Anne) of Winnipeg, MB, brother-in-law Abraham Monkman, of Vogar, MB, numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Nancy; his sisters, Breena Spence, Christina Monkman, Ida Monkman and Mary Edwards; his brother Norman Maytwayashing; his brothers-in-law, George Spence, Lawrence Monkman and Edwin John Edwards. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, April 16 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Mario officiating. Interment to follow at Lake Manitoba Reserve Cemetery.
