Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES J. MOORE James Moore, aged 86 passed away on April 11, 2004 at the St. Boniface Hospital. James was born in Winnipeg, December 29, 1917 to parents, James and Elizabeth Moore. James was married to Frieda (nee Neumann) on May 31, 1941 who predeceased him in 1989. He is survived by his friend and companion Lil Patridge; two sons, Larry and Bryan; and one daughter Robin Cushnie and their families. Jim served with the Queens Own Cameron Highlanders from 1941 to 1944. He was a 45-year member of the Norwood Legion Branch 143, and a lifetime member of the Belgian Club. The family would like to thank Dr. R. Davey, W.R.H.A., home care workers, Department of Veterans Affairs and the staff of the St. Boniface Hospital for the care given to Jim and his family. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 15 at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment and reception will follow.
