JAMES EDWARD CHAULK It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband and father Ed on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at the St. Boniface Hospital, following a short illness. He was predeceased by his father Matthew in 1957, mother Mary in 1987, sister Beverley in 2000, and beloved mother-in-law Isabelle Bethell in 2001. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 44 years Marilyn; his sons, Rob and Mark; nephew Brett Yates of Henderson, NV. Ed was born in Winnipeg, MB on May 12, 1939. He was able to spend many summers golfing and marshalled at Tuxedo Golf Course for the past three years. He was a particularly loyal fan to his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs. Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • We were so surprised to happen to see that Ed had passed away. We actually stood up for Ed and lovely Marilyn when they got married. I can remember going over to Marilyn's parents suite in the Lipton Apt. the day they got married. I sound like he eventually got some peace in his life, golfing and going to his cottage at Hillside Beach. It would be so nice to see you Marilyn. We were close once, and like what happens in life somehow because with life passing by we drifted apart. We are so sorry Marilyn that you have lost your soul mate. - Posted by: grant and marianne humphreys (old friends) on: Jan 10, 2020
