BARBARA LORRAINE JEFFERSON Barbara Lorraine Jefferson, aged 49, died at home in Vancouver on Monday, March 29, 2004 with her family by her side. Barbara is lovingly remembered by her parents Dick and Sophie Jefferson of Winnipeg; her longtime friend, companion and partner, Eva-Marie (Brandy) Buchner; her brother Eric; aunts and uncles, Bryan and Chris, Judy and Terry Miller, Tom and Lexx and her cousins, Sandra, Christopher, Jennifer and Kimberly Miller and Madeline and Mackenzie. She is loved and will be missed by Brandys family - Margaret, Theresa (Ted) and Cyndi (Stephen) and by her much loved kitties - Louis and Didi. Barbara was an amazing woman who touched the lives of all who knew her. She was an extraordinarily strong and intelligent woman who successfully lived every day to its fullest potential. Barb was an educated and well travelled person who was able to bring her experiences to every day situations. A celebration of her life will be held at the Rossmere Country Club, 925 Watt St., Winnipeg on Saturday, April 17, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to The Tiger Foundation, Suite 2007, 1177 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC V6E 2K3 or to Doctors without Borders, Suite 402, 720 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON M5S 2T9 or to the animal care service of your choice.
