Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA CHWALIBOGA On Wednesday, April 14, 2004, Maria Chwaliboga, aged 82 years, passed away at the Luther Care Home in Winnipeg. Survived by nephew Tom (Cheryl) Chwaliboga; two great-nephews, Griffin and Ethan and sister-in-law Olga Chwaliboga; also nieces and nephews in Poland. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Eva; brothers, Stanley, Peter and Paul; sisters-in-law, Dorothy and Nettie and a sister-in-law and brother-in-law in Poland. Maria moved to Canada with her parents in 1930 from Poland and resided in Ledwyn until 1961 when she moved to Arborg. She has resided at Luther Care Home from 1974 until her passing. Prayers will be held on Sunday, April 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 19 at 10:00 a.m. in the Arborg Sacred Heart Ukrainian Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Philips Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation. The family would like to thank the staff at the Luther Care Home for all their care and support over the years. Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
