ERNEST MAUD April 6, 1949 - April 16, 2004 It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ernest Hidlorn Maud of Skownan, MB on April 16, 2004 at the age of 55 years. Ernest was born on April 6, 1949 in Winnipegosis, MB. He was the eldest of his family and he leaves to mourn eight siblings, sister Doreen and husband Camille Catcheway of Skownan; brother Marcel and wife Aggie Maud of Thompson; sister Evelyn Morales of Winnipeg; brother Irvin and wife Tootsie Maud of Skownan; brother Joseph Maud of Skownan and friend Liz Daniels; sister Betty and husband Bernard Catcheway of Skownan; sister Sarah Maud of Winnipeg; brother Andy Meade of Minneapolis; and his father Michele Maud, who turned 80 last December. Ernest also leaves to mourn his daughter Amanda and husband Jephtah Tait, who recently married last August; as well as his son Derek Maud and his common-law wife Dinah Bottle, who have plans to marry this coming June. Unforgettably, he leaves to mourn his six beautiful vibrant grandchildren, Argentina, Ernestine, Jamie, Anikka, Ambrose and Max, whom he thought the world of and loved dearly. His numerous family members and friends of Skownan, Mallard and Ontario will sadly miss Ernest. We all love you Ernest, and we know your aches and pains are finally over with. You are in a peaceful place. A wake service will be held on Tuesday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 21 at 2:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Skownan Band Hall, with Fr.
