JOHN THIESSEN John Thiessen aged 80 years of Roseau River, MB passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus April 15, 2004. He was dearly loved by his precious wife Rose; children, Darlene (Dave) Holland, Grace (Ralph) Gliege, Carol (Ted) Hartog, Arthur (Jacqueline) Thiessen, Marilyn (Melvin) Thiessen, Lois (David) Klassen, Debbie (Rick) Woodall, Kelvin (Lorie) Thiessen and their families. He will also be greatly missed by his brothers and sisters. He was predeceased by granddaughter Jolene Joy Thiessen. Joshua 24:15 "But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord". As children God has left us an incredible heritage to follow. Through out his life Dad was an example of faithfulness and love: faithful to God, his wife, his children, his church and his community. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 21, at 1:30 p.m. at the Cornerstone Bible Church, 290 First St. Steinbach, MB. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. Should friends so desire, donations may be made to Millar College of the Bible, Box 25, Pambrun, SK, SON 1W0.
