Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA DYCK June 17, 1918 - April 20, 2004 Peacefully on April 20, 2004 after a brief struggle with leukemia, Maria Dyck (nee Unger) went home to be with her Lord and Saviour. Family are sorry to see her go but thank the Lord for the legacy her faith has created. Maria was born near Winkler, MB on June 17, 1918 to Jacob and Helen Unger and was baptized in 1940. She leaves behind her daughters and their families, Marj (Ron) Stotyn of New York, Mona (Dan) Derkson of Winkler; sons and their families, Harvey (Colleen) Dyck of Calgary and Ed (Grace) Van Dyck of Winnipeg; two brothers and four sisters. She was predeceased by her husband Cornelius Dyck, infant daughter, four brothers and three sisters. Shaun and Joel Stotyn, Kyle Derkson, Matthew and Thomas Dyck and Scott and Allison Van Dyck will miss you, Grandma. On behalf of Mom, we wish to thank doctors, Woelk and Van Niekerk and the Medical Unit nursing staff of Boundary Trails Health Center for their loving care. A service in memory of Marias life will be held on Saturday, April 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Morden Alliance Church. Viewing will held at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Winkler on Thursday, April 22 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday, April 23 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boundary Trails Health Centre, P.O.
