ANN KING (PARKHILL) Peacefully surrounded by her family, Ann Parkhill (Parky) King in her 78th year, after a courageous struggle, on April 17, 2004 in London, ON. A beautiful mother of great character and sense of fun, she will be remembered with love forever by her four children, Deborah (Rob Young) of Grand Rapids, MI, Lisa (Rob Dietrich) of Toronto, Geoffrey of Ottawa, and Andrew (Tammy) of Midland, ON. Gammy treasured and adored her grand-children, Rebecca and Trevor Young, Andrew, Diana, and John Dietrich, and Kalton and Jaden King, who will all miss her bear hugs, laughter, games, stories and swim challenges at the lake. To her children she gifted her love of the outdoors, downhill skiing, passion for learning, reading and the arts. Family and dear friends will remember her enthusiasm, community involvement, generosity and integrity. Ann was predeceased by her sister Lois Mackenzie of Acton, ON and brother Roy Parkhill of Winnipeg. She will be fondly remembered by her sisters/brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Ann was born in Winnipeg and graduated from Queens University. Cremation. A private family service was held on April 22 at The Church of St. John the Evangelist in London. (James A.
