Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLINDA BURLEY (nee HOLMES) Peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, Linda passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 63. Linda was predeceased by her sister Marjorie Jonsson and brother Albert Holmes. Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving husband of 43 years, Ray; daughter Tara (Daryl) Budakowski; son Michael (fiance Lisa) sister Marie (Ed) Arndt; brother Bob (Vita) Holmes; sister-in-law Vicki; and brother-in-law Claire. Linda loved to spend time outdoors and enjoyed curling and playing baseball. Some of her favourite pastimes were spent with the family at Caddy Lake and the many trips she took with Ray. A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 26 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7.
