SABINA KUSHNER It is with great sorrow and sadness we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Sabina Kushner, aged 94 years, on Sunday, April 18, 2004 at Seven Oaks Hospital. With her loving son James and grandson Wayne by her side she closed her eyes and left this world to join her beloved husband Peter. Sabina was also predeceased by her parents Mikola and Anna Dacyk; brothers, Michael, Mikola, Bohdan and Stefan; sisters, Maria and Milia, also her beloved daughter Alice Szadorski and husband Walter; son Dennis and wife Arlene. Sabina is survived by one sister Irena and family, also her loving son James; grandchildren, Wayne Szadorski and wife Nina, Kent Kushner, Tracey Kushner; and five great-grandchildren who she loved dearly. Sabina loved to tell her grandchildren how she came to Canada as a young girl and how hard it was for her to leave her family behind. Her stories will be missed as well as her loving nature. The family would like to extend their gratitude to all of the nursing staff for all of their care by making her comfortable at Seven Oaks Hospital, Misericordia Hospital and the Holy Family Nursing Home.
