Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryIVAN PAVLICIC Peacefully on Thursday, April 22, 2004, Ivan Pavlicic passed away with his wife at his side at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 72 years. Ivan is survived by his wife Suzanna Pavlicic; daughters, Danica Boric (Ivan) of Prince George, BC and Vera Pavlicic of Beamsville, ON; grandchildren, MaryAnn, Christina, Daniel, Adriana and Melissa. He is also survived by his sisters, Danica, Maria and brothers, Joso, Vlado (Vera), sister-in-law Pavica, brother-in-law Rudy Baresic and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews in Croatia. Also numerous friends in Croatia and in Canada. He was predeceased by his parents, Joso Pavlicic (mother Anka) first wife Fanika Pavlicic (nee Magdic) sister Zora Barisic; brothers, Dragan, Milan and Jura Pavlicic. He was born on March 20, 1932 in Josipdol, Croatia into a well-known family he was one of nine children. He worked very hard in Croatia. Ivan came to Canada in 1958, leaving behind his family including his first wife Fanika and daughter Danica. After one year he brought his wife and daughter to Canada. He loved his homeland Croatia and the Croatian people. In 1967 he lost his first wife Fanika due to a car accident. After two years he remarried to Suzanna (nee Toth) and they had another daughter Vera. He worked very hard at numerous jobs as a labourer and retired from Transcanada Pipeline. In his heart he loved his family and the company of friends and to listen to his homeland Croatian music. In 1996 he became ill and from there he started dialysis and numerous complications followed. The family would like to thank the staff at the Seven Oaks Dialysis Unit and on the 4th Floor Unit 8 and also Dr. Patel. Prayers will be held on Tuesday, April 27 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Fr. Gary Killen officiating. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 28 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Nicolas Tavelich Roman Catholic Church, 2688 Main St. Rev. Fr. Raphael Glofcheski officiating. Interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Ivan Boric, Daniel Boric, Dragan Pavlicic, Vlado Kirasic, Pero Milinkovic and John Marinic. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ivans memory to the Seven Oaks Dialysis Unit, 2300 McPhillips St. "Nek Te Bog Cuva, u miru U srce nama ces zivit za uvek." CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
