PETER THIESSEN 1920 - 2004 Peacefully at Meadowood Personal Care Home, on Thursday, April 22, 2004, Peter Thiessen of Winnipeg passed away at the age of 84 years. Peter leaves to mourn his passing his wife Agnes (Ginter) of 60 years. He will be missed by his children, Anne (Bill) Reimer, Marie (Pete) Reimer, Jake (Diane), Helen, Pete (Karen) and Wayne (Karen) 14 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. He will also be remembered by five brothers and three sisters. He was predeceased by his parents Abram and Maria and three brothers. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m. at the Morrow Gospel Church, 755 St. Annes Rd.., Winnipeg. Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment at Mennonite Memorial Gardens, Winnipeg. Should friends so desire donations may be made in memory of Peter Thiessen to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200 - 6 Donald Street; Wpg., MB R3L 0K6 The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the excellent loving care that the staff provided to Dad during his two year stay at Meadowood Personal Care Home.
