OLGA SLOKER Olga Sloker, beloved wife of Gregory Harry Sloker, of 65 years, was born in Winnipeg, October 25, 1914 and passed away April 20, 2004. She was the loving mother of Maureen Sloker and Nancy Zeilstra (Mark) grandmother of Ron, Brian, Grant and Derek Zeilstra and great-grandmother of Kaitlin, Arabella and Juliana. Olga leaves to mourn her husband Gregory and her brother Walter Hawryluk. She was predeceased by her sister Stella Smook. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and their families. Olga was a longtime member of Trinity Baptist Church and later Broadway First Baptist. The memorial service for Olga will take place on Friday, May 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel at Bethania Mennonite Personal Care Home, 1045 Concordia Ave. The family sends special thanks to the nursing staff at Bethania for their excellent care. We also appreciate the kindness and visits of Pastors, G. Friesen and F. Rupert. In lieu of flowers, donations in Olgas memory may be made to a charity of ones choice.
