CORBY LEON BELANGER Suddenly on Friday, April 30, 2004 in Winnipeg, Corby Leon Belanger passed away at the age of 32 years. Corby was born in Winnipeg on March 25, 1972, spending his earlier years in Saskatchewan, then later spending most of his life in Winnipeg. He leaves to cherish his beautiful memory, son Matthew; sister Coretta; brother Corwin; stepbrother Cornell (Crab) father Fred Willand; stepsister Jackie; stepbrothers, Fred, Matthew and Jonathon. There are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. He will be reunited with his grandparents, mother Leona Belanger-Smith; sister Corrine Faye Belanger; stepfather William Smith and nephew Kansas Sage. Prayers will be said on Thursday, May 6 at 7:30 p.m. at The Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr, Winnipeg with wake to follow. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 7 at 1:00 p.m. also at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Corwin, Cornell, Brendan, Tyler, Barry and Alvin. We ask the Creator to lay him down and rest. We will always have him in our hearts. Love Coretta and Corwin. Bless his soul.
