Roland married Irene in 1959 and they were blessed by the arrival of their first daughter, Yvonne in 1961. Their second child, Roger (born 1965), and youngest child, Evelyn (born 1968), completed their happy family. Roland and Irene travelled the world through the years. Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • Mr. Toutant was my shops teacher at John Pritchard School in the mid 1970s. He introduced us to so many useful skills -- from woodworking and soldering, to plastic forming and drafting. He was passionate about his craft, and he taught his young charges to respect and take care of the equipment -- that safety was important -- and to *clean up* after themselves! It was obvious that Mr. Toutant genuinely cared about his students, and he constantly demonstrated this through his commitment to excellence. He was a good man. - Posted by: Derrick N (Student) on: Nov 28, 2012
