MARGARET JULIA (JUDY) EDDIE Margaret Julia Eddie (Judy), widow of Lawrence Eddie, died peacefully on Thursday, April 29, 2004 at the Lac du Bonnet Personal Care Home. She is survived by her daughter Judith (Douglas) Platford of Pinawa and her son Larry (Cathy) Eddie of Adelaide, Australia; grand-children, Joye, Jonathon (Jocelyn) and Cameron (Charlene) Platford, Danielle and Nicole Rivalin. She is also survived by sister Joyce Rivers of Regina, SK, brother Bill (Mary Ellen) Bawden and sister-in-law Jeannine McCallum, a very special niece Pamela Rivalin, all of Winnipeg and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by two sisters and two brothers. She was a lifelong member of St. Johns Presbyterian Church in Winnipeg having lived there until 1994. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 8 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pinawa Lutheran Church, Burrows and Massey, Pinawa, with Rev. Robert Murray officiating, assisted by Rev. Ken Innes. Honorary pallbearers will be Mrs. Jane Petkau, Dr. John Guthrie, and Mr. George Ross. The family would like to thank the staff at the Lac du Bonnet Personal Care Home for their love and care.
