Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE ALEXANDER RENAUD Sadly on Friday, April 9, 2004 at the Portage la Prairie Hospital, George Alexander Renaud passed away. George was born May 2, 1937 in Sunny St. James where he lived the majority of his life. George is survived by his loving partner and soul mate, Josie Yuskin; his son Jason; his brother Maurice; nephews Richie, Randy and Kerry; stepdaughter Jo-Anne; stepgrandson Grant and Tristan, along with many extended family members and friends that were loved by George. George was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Violet Renaud, his son Ryan and his brother Edward. George was a hard working man that was able to do just about anything, definitely a Jack of all trades. Some of his jobs such as Manitoba Hydro, Baker Construction, the Grain Exchange and working in the Arctic Circle were not only jobs, they were fun and a great opportunity to build friendships that George carried for an entire lifetime. George was a warm, thoughtful and giving person with a unique sense of humor that helped carry him through his lengthy illness with strength and dignity. He will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1858 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB Ph. 949-4872.
