JOHN LOEPPKY 1915 - 2004 Born in Blumenhof, SK, John Loeppky passed away at the Grace Hospital on Sunday, May 2, 2004 at the age of 88 years. John served as a Corporal with the Fort Garry Rifles during The Second World War. He resided in Weston and was employed at Canada Post. He enjoyed square dancing with the Whirl Away Westerners. John is survived by his wife Edith (nee Singbeil) son Ken (Pat) granddaughter Jennifer; grandson Mark; and twin sisters, Ann Morris (Winnipeg) and Leah Canfield (Las Vegas). Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 7 at First English Lutheran Church, 484 Maryland Ave. with interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Viewing one hour prior to the service. The family wishes to thank the Royal Canadian Legion, Weston Branch No. 2 for supplying the pallbearers.
