EUGENE (JAI) HOWARD GRISDALE "BLACK WOLF MOON MAN" Peacefully with his family by his side on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at the Riverview Health Centre, Winnipeg, MB. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Virgil Lassitter, Elliot Sam and Joshua; also surviving are his brothers, Nick (Mary), Lawrence, Richard (Eveline), Lloyd (Georgia) his sisters, Marilyn (Ed), Virginia (William), Kathy (Vernon), Margaret (Andrew) as well as numerous cousins, relatives and friends. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the St. Boniface Hospital and to the Riverview Health Centre for their wonderful care of Eugene during his stay. Eugene was predeceased by his parents, Verna and Samuel and by a brother Vernon. Wake services will be held at the St. Alexander RC Church beginning Wednesday, May 5. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 7 at 2:00 p.m. also from the St. Alexander RC Church, Ft. Alexander, MB with Fr. Laval Cloutier presiding. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Claude Bruyere, Raymond Hourie, Chester Guimond, Kyle Tanner, Larry Morrisseau and Carl Smith. Cross Bearer will be Lesley Morrisseau.
