Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDMUND PAZDOR (PAPA) Peacefully on May 5, 2004, at the age of 84 years, Ed passed away in his sleep at Deer Lodge Centre following a brief battle with cancer. Born on August 28, 1919, Ed is survived by his loving wife Frances; children, Judy (Dave), Charly (Liz), Janet (Brian), Phil (Tracy), Andy (Suzanne), Steve (Sue) and grandchildren, Christopher, Melinda, Adam, Simon, Jill, Robert, Margery, Raquel, Alex, Calvin, Kenny and Jennifer. Ed was the only child of John and Matilda Pazdor. He attended Sacre-Coeur and St. Pauls High School. He served overseas in the Second World War with the Signal Corp. He was predeceased by his mother and father and one grandchild, Thomas. Ed was in the printing trade from 1939 until his retirement in 1984. He was an avid bowler, who also enjoyed golfing and attending the Jets, Moose and Goldeyes games with his family. The family would like to thank the staff of 2 East Deer Lodge Centre, as well as the Grace Hospital for their care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Pauls High School Bursary Fund, 2200 Grant Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3P 0P8 or to the charity of your choice. The funeral service will be held at St. Timothys Parish, 135 John Forsyth Rd., on Saturday, May 8 at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will follow at a later time.
