EILEEN SMITH (nee DULLEA) Peacefully on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 after a brief illness at the Riverview Health Centre, Eileen passed away at the age of 84 years. Eileen was born in Dinas Porth, near Pontypridd, Wales on November 2, 1919. She moved to England as a young woman, and then came to Canada after marrying her Canadian husband, Peter. Eileen will be lovingly missed by her husband, Peter; her children, Robert Smith, OMI, Karen Dullea and Hilary Carey (Joe), and her grandchildren, Monica, Mari, Sonja, William, Bronwyn, Michael and Marie. She will also be sadly missed by her sister, Joan Evans of Harrow Weald, England; her niece, Marilyn and nephew, Jeffrey (Mary), also of England. Eileen was predeceased by her sister, Margaret (Peggy) Dullea; her mother, Abigail Dullea (nee Murphy) and her father, Charles Dullea. Memorial mass will be celebrated, Saturday, May 8 at 10:00 a.m. in the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Ave., with Rev. Fr. Sam Argenziano presiding at the Eucharist.
