David is survived by his parents, Ron and Janet of Winnipeg; his wife Jane Anne; and children, Sherry, Carla, Anthony; and granddaughter Marina. Memorial service will be held on Monday, May 10, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy.
