LILLIAN WALETZKY 1916 - 2004 Peacefully on the evening of May 7, 2004 at the Grace Hospice, Lillian was called to her eternal rest. Lillian is survived by her son Larry (Ann) daughter Darlene (Tom) Ocharuk; grandchildren, James (Stacy), Stacey (Steve), Darren (Cynthia) and Brad (Stephanie) great-grandchildren Bailey and Tayden; sister Wynne and three nieces. She was predeceased by her husband Konrad; her parents Adam and Tillie Koch; sisters, Dorothea and Eleanor. Lillian was born, raised and lived all her life in Winnipeg. She enjoyed knitting and travelling, especially to Hawaii. She loved to socialize with her many friends. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 11 at 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, Inkster at Sinclair with Pastor Don Engel officiating. The family would like to thank Lillians many home care workers, especially Karen. We would also like to thank Dr J. Lezack, Dr. J. Shad and Dr. M. Hartley and their staff for all the care and compassion shown to Lillian, particularly in the last few months.
