LENA (HELEN) KLASSEN (nee FRIESEN) September 9, 1941 - May 9, 2004 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother at the age of 62 years. Lena was predeceased by her husband Ben; parents, George and Katharina; brother Dick; sister Susie; and brother-in-law Peter. She is survived by her five children, Terry (Maria), Sharon, Wayne (Sandy), Alan (Tricia) and Karen (Tony) ten grandchildren, Brendon, Trevor, Ray, Sherry, Teri Lynn, Ashley, Mandy, Garett, Shawn and Jesse; great-grandson Nikolas; siblings, Tina (John), Mary (Tony), John (Irma) and Eva; and sister-in-law Eva. Lena worked at the St. Boniface Hospital (CSR) for 25 years retiring at the age of 60 years. The family would like to thank CancerCare Manitoba (Health Sciences Centre), Palliative Care (St. Boniface Hospital) for the care given to our mother.
