Petawawa, beloved son of Anita Cenerini and her husband Grant Palmer and Daniel Welch and his partner Christina Burk. Dear brother of Michelle Welch and Jacob Cenerini-Palmer. Much loved grandson of Thomas Welch and the late Lucy Welch and Emile and Agnes Cenerini. Visitation will be held at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., Winnipeg on Thursday, May 13, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral mass with Military Honours will be celebrated in St. Margaret Bourgeogoys Chapel, 17 Wing, Winnipeg on Friday, May 14 at 10:30 a.m. Arrangements entrusted to the Murphy Funeral Home, Pembroke.
