ALMA LESSARD (nee BOIVIN) 1915 - 2004 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Alma Lessard on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 88 years. Her memory will be cherished by her daughter Debbie and her husband Albert Saltel and two granddaughters Joelle (Mocha) and Sylvie. She is predeceased by her husband Norman, of 67 years. She is survived by her brothers Alcide (Louise) Boivin, Anthony (Evelyn) Boivin; special niece Jeannette (Denis) Dunlop; many brothers and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to express gratitude to the staff on the 3rd floor of The Foyer Valade and the staff on 6A of the St. Boniface Hospital for their kindness, dedication and love to Alma while in their care. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street. Public viewing to be held at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow the service. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date in Ste. Anne, Manitoba.
