RODERICK FORSYTH COWIE (RON) January 3, 1932 - May 7, 2004 Died unexpectedly in Aberdeen, Scotland. Ron is survived by his wife Jeannie, of 45 years, sons Rory and Neal (Wendy), grandchildren Brianne and Steven, all of Calgary. He is also survived by his sister Francis, brother George (Mary), brother-in-law Ian, and sister-in-law Laura, all of Scotland, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ron came to Canada in 1962 and spent most of his working and retirement years in Winnipeg. Ron enjoyed camping with the Winnipeg Wandering Wheels, activities with the ANAF, travelling, and spending time with family and friends. Cremation and private prayers have taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Huntingtons Society of Canada.
