Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANDREW KOWALCZYK October 23, 1920 - May 14, 2004 Peacefully at Riverview Health Centre on the morning of May 14, 2004 with Marika at his side, Andrew passed on to join Doris, his loving wife, who predeceased him January 31, 2004. Divine liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 22 at St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church, 160 Euclid Avenue with Rt. Rev. Mitrat J. Holowaty officiating. Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations may be made in Andrews memory to Riverview Health Centre Palliative Care Unit (3 East) or the A. L. S.
