WILLIAM MONCHAK (BILL) Suddenly on Friday May 14, 2004, Bill passed away at the age of 84. Bill is survived by his wife Margaret of 52 years; daughters, Sheilagh (Rob) Schwartz, Arlene (Karl) Wiebe; grandchildren, Erynn, Kyle, Ainsley; brother Harry. Dad was retired from Air Canada where he had been employed for over 40 years. Family was always very important to him. He enjoyed spending time helping his daughter and son-in-law on their hobby farm. He had a soft spot for animals. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and cheering them on at their many activities. The family would like to thank the SICU staff at the Health Sciences Centre, with a special thank you to nurses Lori N. and Jan for their care and compassion. Following dads wishes, he will be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
