ANNE GLOWACKY On Sunday, May 16, 2004 Anne Glowacky passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 78. Anne was predeceased by her husband Walter, brother Harry and sister Kay and is survived by her sister Helen. Anne and her family arrived in Canada from the Ukraine in 1938 and settled in the province of Saskatchewan moving to Winnipeg several years later. She was employed as a seamstress and upon retiring, continued her love for sewing by devoting her talents to her family. Anne also took great joy in her gardening, needlepoint and cooking. She will be sadly missed by all her family. Anne was a very devoted aunt, and will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, June, Darlene, Valerie and Angie Botan; and Kendra Wasylyk; nephews, Kenneth, Allan and Peter Botan; Douglas, Wayne and Robyn Glowacki; and Darren Wasylyk; and her great-nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Thursday, May 20 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Annes memory to a charity of your choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
