VITO PESCE After a courageous battle with cancer at his home on Tuesday May 18, 2004 with his family at his side, Vito Pesce passed away at the age of 53 years. He was predeceased by his father Fino Pesce in 1988. Vito will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his daughter Nicole; son Scott; and brother Paolo (Rosa) of Winnipeg; mother Maria; brothers, Frank (Nina) and Palmino of Italy; brothers, Domenico, Pino (Nina) and sister Rita all from New York; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral mass will be held at the Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Ave. in Winnipeg on Saturday, May 22 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Sam Argenziano officiating. The family would like to thank Mary Ann, Tracey and Chris of Palliative Care, Dr. Lamba and all the home care workers that helped Dad through his last days.
