FRANCIS MALCOM "FRANK" FRASER - P. ENG. It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of, Frank Fraser, aged 68, at Elisabeth Bruyere Palliative Care Centre, Ottawa, ON, on May 17, 2004, following a struggle with cancer. Frank is sadly missed by his beloved wife Donna (nee Coates) his children, Gregory, Natalie (Peter Purdy), Nathan and Wannita; step-son David Riopelle (Anna) and cherished grandchildren, Hannah, Zachary, Bret, Michaela and Dana. Frank is also survived by his brothers, Fil (Gladys Odegard), Stan (Louise), Russ (Susan), Ron Blache-Fraser, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Felix Paul and Marguerite Enid Blache-Fraser and his baby sister Rosalind. Frank lived a full and satisfying life. He traveled the world and was appreciated for his sharp mind, open, warm, generous spirit, energy, enthusiasm, and keen sense of humour. He will be affectionately remembered by his loving family, his colleagues worldwide, sports associates and his many friends. Cremation has taken place. Family, friends and colleagues are invited to gather at The National Arts Centre, (Panorama Room), 53 Elgin St. Ottawa, Wednesday May 26 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. to celebrate his life.
