FRANCES PICHOR (nee PARKE) March 15, 1915 - May 19, 2004 Peacefully, on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at the age of 89 years, Mom passed away at the Pine Falls Hospital. Mom was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Anne Parke; her husband Mike in 1970; her son Eddie in 1967; three infant sons; brothers, John, Victor, Walter and Rudolph. She leaves to mourn her daughter Darlene (Ernie) Cyr; her sons, Ted (Cheryl) of Powerview, Michael (Judy) of Winnipeg; her daughter-in-law Cathy Danyluk of Gimli; her grandchildren, Sharol Cyr, Kim (Neil) Pakoo, Eddie (Tracy) Danyluk, Audrey (Archie) McLellan, Tyler Pichor, Terry Pichor, and Michael Cote; her great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Allysa, Tanner Danyluk, Carly and Regan McLellan; a baby girl in three weeks; four step-grandchildren, Michelle, Chris, David and Adrienne; and her two sisters, Polly Duxbury and Anne Salateski, both of Winnipeg. After Dad passed away, Mom did a lot of baby sitting as many will remember. Most of her spare time was spent knitting and crocheting. Her colourful socks are seen on her children and grandchildren. The last six years were spent at Pine View Lodge where she enjoyed doing puzzles and visiting friends. The family would like to thank the home care workers, Dr. Van Rooven, the nurses and staff at Pine Falls Hospital for their excellent care, Fr. Gray for his visits, and Clifford Sawchyn for all the treats he brought Mom. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 22 at 11:00 a.m. at the Notre Dame du Laus Church, Powerview, MB with Fr.
