Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGILBERT EDMOND PLOUFFE 1947 - 2004 Gilbert Edmond Plouffe of Calgary passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at the age of 56 years. Gilbert was born on June 8, 1947 in St. Jean Baptiste, MB and resided in Winnipeg where he was employed with Carte Electronics, and moved to Vancouver, BC in 1990. He later moved to Calgary in 1995. Gilbert is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law Marnie-Lee Chevalier of Las Vegas and Shauna-Lee and Darryl Krahn of Winnipeg; and six grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Michael, Jade, Chelsea and Randi. He is also survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Louise-Marie and Gerard Perrin of St. Anne, MB and Toni Plouffe and Gordon Hallett of Ottawa, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Edmond and Cecile Plouffe. Relatives and friends were invited to Prayers and Tributes at Ste. Famille Catholic Church (1717 - 5 Street S.W.) on Saturday, May 15 with Rev. Jacques Joly, OMI officiating. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the St-Jean Baptiste Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 25 at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. Charles Fillion. In living memory of Gilbert Plouffe, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park by McInnes & Holloway Funeral Homes, Crowfoot Chapel, 82 Crowfoot Circle, N.W., Calgary.
