Born in La Broquerie, MB September 1, 1914, she spent her youth there, after which she settled on a farm in Haywood, MB with husband Paul Dube. She had all the critical skills required of a young farmwife: being an excellent cook and seamstress to name but two. Very close to her family, she loved a house full of visitors, a good card game or Bingo; capping it off with a rousing sing-along and always with a beautiful smile and gracious mood. A doting mother, she came to live on Eugenie Street in St. Boniface in 1972 with husband Paul and they did some travelling together in their retirement days. Moms last years were filled with numerous activities with her many friends at lAccueil Colombien. Its time for a peaceful rest dear Mom, Grandma. We wish you a beautiful stroll in a paradise full of flowers, birds and the animals you so enjoyed. We love you, we miss you. A special thanks to Dr. Erhard, and the many Home Care staff who provided kind and compassionate care to Mom for the past few years.
