MARGARET CATHERINE WITHER It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing at Riverview Health Centre on Monday, May 24th, 2004 of our beloved sister and Auntie, Margaret Catherine Wither. Predeceased by her husband David Andrew Wither in 1943, her sister Helen in 1972, and special nephews William in 1988 and Rowland in 1997. Left to mourn her passing is her dear sister Mary Colbert, nephew Stewart (Doreen) Colbert, niece Bernice Scrivens and niece Maureen (Larry) Mozel, nephews Neil (Verda) Wither and family, Don (Eleanor) Wither, Donald Underdown, nieces Sharon (George) Morrison and family, Joyce (Ab) Forth, Jeanne (Bob) Carlson, five more great nephews and nieces, David (Tanis) Scrivens, Lawrence Scrivens, Shannon (Glen) Evans, Leah (Donald) Brown, Allan (Lorna) Mozel, and nine more great-great nephews, Kyle, Byron, Kellan, Nolan and Brett Scrivens, Justin and Nicholas Brown, Cole and Conner Evans. A special thank you to the staff at the Metropolitan Courts for their care, support and cooperation over the years, it was greatly appreciated. I believe that God is with us night and day To keep us safe in every way That sometimes he puts us to the test Designed to bring out our very best That He wants to teach us perfect right And on that day, well be shown the light. A private interment of her ashes will be followed by a memorial service Friday May 28, at Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1858 Portage Ave., at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
