Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM HARVEY BROOMFIELD Peacefully, with his family by his side, on May 22, 2004, Harvey Broomfield, at the age of 81, passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. Left to celebrate his life with wonderful memories are his sons, George (Darlene), Donald (Shelley) daughters, Susan (Dave), Jane (Phil) brother Chuck of Saskatchewan; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by his many family relations as well as friends and neighbours. He was predeceased by his loving wife Frances; brothers, Jack, Elmer; sisters Mary and Frances. William was born and raised in Roblin, MB, then later moved to Winnipeg. He worked for the C.N.R. for over 40 years. He enjoyed retirement, travel and time with family and friends. Mom and Dad raised their family in Fort Rouge. Always cheerful and outgoing, they especially enjoyed meeting, greeting and making new friends within their community. Cremation has taken place. In keeping with Dads wishes, no formal service will be held. We ask family, friends and neighbours to join us for a social remembrance of Dads life on Friday, May 28, 2004 at 12:30 p.m. at Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Drive. Thank you for the care and support from the staff on the Fifth Floor of the St. Boniface Hospital and a special thanks to Pam from I.C.U. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
