ANNE WACHAL (nee LOZINSKY) Our family is saddened to announce the passing of our Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Sister on Monday May 24, 2004. Anne was predeceased by her husband Frank, August 9, 1986; parents and brothers, Fred and Nick. She is remembered and missed by her children, Patti (Mike) Leegsma, Bob (Barbara), Tom (Tess) and Brent; grandchildren, Jeremy (Charity) and Autumn, Lindsay, Christopher, Justin (Michelle), Hollie, Jenelle, Scott and Tyler; sisters, Kathy and Marion and brothers, Mike and Joseph and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to her sister Kathy Beare, friend Katherine Bassett and cousin Mary Bilinsky who spent endless hours at the hospital. Anne also requested a thank you to all who visited her in the hospital and for the cards, flowers and plants. Anne was born in Ituna, Saskatchewan on March 13, 1921. On July 6, 1946 she married Frank Wachal and settled in Birds Hill. Anne was very active in her community of East St. Paul, church, seniors club, spent many hours compiling information for the Heritage Book, enumerated for many years and took up golfing at the age of 66. She was a very busy lady, it was often difficult finding her at home. She loved life. Funeral service will be held on Saturday May 29, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Corpus Christi Church, 5819 Henderson Hwy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Corpus Christi Church Building Fund, Box 21 Grp. 354, RR. 3., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 2E7. We miss you and love you.
