Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHOMAS PATRICK GOOCH Thomas Patrick Gooch, born September 23, 1916 passed away peacefully May 27, 2004 at the Concordia Hospital with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Marjorie; daughter Teresa (fiancee Cliff) son Richard (Melanie) grandchildren, Paul (Audrey), Debbie (Kris), Casey, Kevin, and Caitlin; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Hailey and Katrina; and his sister Kelly. Born in Winnipeg, Tom graduated from St. Pauls College. He served in the Canadian Navy during the Second World War, then worked with C.P. Rail for 40 years, retiring in 1977. Toms joy was spending time with his family. He never missed an opportunity to come out and watch his children or grandchildrens numerous activities. He was imaginative, he was funny, he was loving, he will be missed. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday June 1, 2004 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. If friends desire, donations in Toms memory may be made to The Childrens Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, CE 501, 840 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3A 1S1.
