Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFREDERICK CHARLES "CHARLIE" ILLSLEY-MARTIN Charlie Illsley-Martin, son of Joy and Bruce, and stepson of Ahab, passed away accidentally, Tuesday, May 18, 2004, at Fawcett Lake, Ontario, at the age of 29 years. Charlie was born Thursday, August 8, 1974, at Fort Churchill, Manitoba. Charlie loved many things in his life, but above most, his son, Noah, was not only his pride and joy, but his entire world. Charlie completed his high school education and furthered his education at the Devrie Institute of Calgary in computer science; obtained his private flying license at the Calgary Flight Centre, and his commercial flying license at the Canadian Flight Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. Charlie is survived by his son, Noah; (mother of his son, Renelle Halle-Illsley), Winnipeg; mother, Joy (Ahab) Constant, The Pas; father, Frederick Bruce Martin, Churchill, Manitoba; siblings, Donna Martin, Victoria, B.C., Frederick Martin, Vancouver, B.C., Shohan Illsley (Quentin Stevens), Winnipeg, Michlynn Lamirande, Churchill, Amanda Illsley, Winnipeg, Marlisa Martin (Jason Parsons), Churchill, Debra Illsley, Winnipeg, Christopher Martin, Whitehorse, Yukon. Charlie was predeceased by his grandparents, Emily and Charles W. Illsley; Sigrun and Frederick Olaf Martin Sr., (Ama and Ofa) aunt, Carol Louise Head; uncle, Fred Lafontaine; cousins, Jaime Wheeler, Tammy Johnson. Prayers and Visitation were held Monday, May 24, 7:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Hemauer Funeral Home, The Pas, led by Ven. Grahme Spear. The funeral service was held Tuesday, May 25, 2:00 p.m. at Christ Church Anglican, The Pas, with Ven. Grahme Spear presiding. Interment took place in Lakeside Cemetery, The Pas. Hemauer Funeral Home, The Pas, in care of arrangements. 204-623-3261
