ANNA UNRAU Peacefully, on Monday, May 31, 2004 at the Meadowood Manor, Anna Unrau passed away at the age of 92 years. Anna will be lovingly remembered by brothers, Peter and Bernhard Unrau; sisters, Helen Martens, Agnes Kroeker and Margaret Unrau; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers and six sisters. Anna worked in private Winnipeg homes for many years and ended her working career in the housekeeping department at the Health Sciences Centre. She retired to the Meadowood Manor and later, due to ill-health, she was transferred to the care centre at Meadowood. Anna was a member of Calvary Temple, where she attended faithfully as long as health permitted. Special thanks to the staff at Meadowood, for many years of loving and compassionate care. Funeral service, 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 4 at the Meadowood Manor Chapel, 577 St. Annes Rd. with viewing one half hour prior to the service. Interment to follow in the Plum Coulee Cemetery at approximately 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if friends desire, donations may be made to Meadowood Manor available at the service.
