PETER DEUTSCHMANN August 29, 1912 - May 28, 2004 Passed away suddenly of a heart attack on May 28, 2004. Peter was born in Annenthal, Russia. Immigrating with his family from Germany in 1952, Peter has been an active part of the community of Morris for over 50 years. He worked for the Canadian National Railway until his retirement in 1977. He was predeceased by his wife Adele in 1990, and grandson Jay Mark in 1993. Left to mourn his passing are his daughter Lilli and son-in-law Erv Kehler of Chilliwack, BC; granddaughter Holly (Derrick Klaassen) of Abbotsford, BC; and great-granddaughter Aliya Klaassen; as well as a host of relatives and friends. A very important part of Peters life in recent years were his "coffee trips" to Wilsons Grill, and his family extends a special thank you to all the friends and neighbours who befriended him, gave him rides, and in general kept an eye on him.
