NICHOLAS (NICK) KRAYNYK November 6, 1926 - June 3, 2004 Nicholas suddenly passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2004 at the Vita District health Centre. He leaves to cherish his memory two sisters and three brothers, Ann Sokoliuk of Sundown, Margaret Olynyk of Winnipeg, Mike of Winnipeg, Bill of Kenora, ON, Paul (Gladys) of Lac du Bonnet; sister-in-law Anne Kraynyk of Sundown, brother-in-law Edward Rozwood of Winnipeg; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Dmytro and Katherine Kraynyk; one brother John; and two sisters, Mary Muzyka and Olga Rozwood. The funeral service will be celebrated Monday, June 7, at 10:30 a.m. at the Holy Ascension Ukrainian Catholic Church in Sundown, MB with Rev. Deacon Leon Twerdun officiating. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers will be Paul Kraynyk, Edward Rozwood, Fred Olynyk, Ben Sokoliuk, Trevor Kraynyk and Brian Kraynyk. The family would like to thank the staff at the Vita District Health Centre for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
