SHERRY DERKSEN It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Sherry Derksen, aged 36, on Monday, June 7, 2004. She will be dearly missed by her mom Frieda; her brother Rich with wife Monica; nephew Kevin and niece Lauren; special friend Arun Pillai; many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends. Sherry worked at Acklands for 16 years and was currently employed at the Manitoba Law Courts. The funeral will be held Friday, June 11, at 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy., with Rev. Albert Durksen officiating. Viewing prior to the service. Interment to follow the service at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Winnipeg, 2nd Floor, 765 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3G 0N2.
