Predeceased by her husband Gerry in February 1993. Survived by her children, Margaret and Darrell Porubanec, Nancy and Lee Kriebel and Dorothy and Francis Holmes; four grandsons, Murray and Trevor Porubanec, Gerry LaBarbera and Joshua Holmes; sister Margaret Kremer and family; cousin Norma Schell and family; and best friend of 60 plus years Babe Sisler and family, and many friends. Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 9 at the Cathedral Church of St. Michael and All Angels, 608 Sutherland Ave., Rev. Allan Reid officiating. Cremation. Donations in Nancys memory to the A.L.S. Society of BC, 119-1600 West 16th Ave., Vancouver, BC V6J 1R3 would be appreciated.
