ROLAND JOSEPH HUDON Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and his very dear friend Elva, Roland Hudon, aged 71 years, passed away after a courageous struggle against cancer on June 8, 2004 at St. Boniface Hospital. Predeceased by his parents, Esther and Joseph Hudon; wife Lucille (1996) granddaughter Carmen Aubin (1980) sister (infant) Lucille (1929) brothers, Raymond (1970), Armand (Chum) (1974), Adrien (1990). His memory will be cherished by his children, daughter Denise (Raynald Aubin) son Rene (Anita) daughter Janet (Ken Hudon-Jorgensen) son Roger (Jeanne) daughter Pauline (Lucien Gagnon) son Alain (Kelli) daughter Diane (Frank Dolski) grandchildren, Donald (Candice, Shano), Lisa, Nadine, Janelle, Jason, David, Roman (Liz), Nicole, Marcus, Jamie, Annette, Collin, Denny, Rheanne, Kess and Kamin; brothers and sisters, Lorraine, Claire (John Vandersteen), Lauric (Elizabeth), Paul (Susan), Berthe Carriere, Julie, Louise (Walter Wagner), Joseph (Karen), Jacqueline (Jack Puranen) sister-in-law Lorraine (Alan Stevenson), numerous in-laws and other relatives. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface Palliative Care for making Rolands last days as comfortable as possible. Prayers will be said on Thursday, June 10 at 9:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated on Friday, June 11 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Norbert Roman Catholic Church, St. Norbert, MB with Fr. Antoine Vo Van Hoa officiating. Interment to follow in St. Norbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rolands memory to CancerCare Manitoba. To the spirit of our loving father.
