CECIL (CEC) RHODES KERR 1911 - 2004 Peacefully on June 9, 2004, Cecil Kerr passed away at the Victoria Hospital. Leaving to mourn his passing are beloved wife Gladys, son Michael (Lorri), daughter Susan Meagher (Bill), grandchildren Mikayla and Evan Kerr, James, Michael and Daniel Meagher and niece Debbi Mackie. He married Gladys in 1952 and together they owned and operated "Kerrs Snack Bar" on South Osborne St. in the 1950s. Cec, Gladys and family enjoyed many wonderful summers at their Victoria Beach cottage. He was committed to the fraternities of the Masons, the Scottish Rite and the Shrine. Cec was leader of the Khartum Temple Oriental Band in the 1960s. Cec retired from Air Canada in 1976 and then spent many happy winters with Gladys at their mobile home in Dunedin, Florida.
