KAREN (CARRIE) SCHRAM On Monday, June 14, 2004, Karen slipped away peacefully at the Holy Family Nursing Home. Karens parents immigrated to Canada with her siblings in 1917 from Norway, settling near Endeavour, SK. Mom eventually settled in Winnipeg where she met and married Ed Schram. Mom was a wonderful woman who would share anything she had with others. Her family care first; this was very evident when her daughter Karen passed away, she then raised her grandson Jesse. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Ed; one sister Jurdice; three brothers, Leif, Carston and Ralph. Mom leaves to cherish her memory her children, daughter Linda and son Ron; grandsons, Jesse and Derek; two sisters, Ruth Olson and Elsie Carlson; sister-in-law Kay Olsen; nieces, nephews and their respective families. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Interment at Brookside Cemetery. We the family would like to thank the staff of the Holy Family Nursing Home for all the love, and care they gave our mother during her stay there.
