Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAUL MARCIEN GAGNON March 20, 1927 - June 17, 2004 It is with great sadness, the family announces the passing of Paul Gagnon on Thursday, June 17, 2004 at the age of 77 years. Paul served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1945 to 1948 and was a lifelong member of the Norwoold Legion, Branch No. 43. Paul worked for CNR, Symington Yards, as a yardmaster and retired in 1983. He was a member at Elmhurst and St. Boniface golf courses. In ater years he was a member of Oakwood Golf Course where he golfed with his best friend and wife, Zoe as well as his grandchildren. Although his passion for golf was immense, it did not compare to the love he had for his family. Paul was predeceased by his parents, one brother Claude and a brother-in-law Bob. His memory will be cherished in the hearts of his loving wife of 53 years, Zoe; his daughter Karen (Ted) son Greg (Chris) and his grandchildren, Paul (Debbie), Brandy (Terrie), Kyle, Cameron and five great-grandchildren. Paul also leaves his sisters, Ella and Yvette (Len), brothers-in-law, Vic and Harry, sisters-in-law, Georgette, Rachel, Emily and Adrienne as well as his nieces and nephews. The family will lead a celebration of Pauls life on Monday, June 21 at 1:00 p.m. in the Edward J. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pauls memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 or to the Fire Fighters Burn Fund Inc., 303-83 Garry St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4J9.
